From start to finish was great service. I phoned up on a Sunday and a very obliging Shelly answered my call and totally understood my problem and was fantastic to have someone turn up when promised. Ben and his mate did such a good job of clearing my sewer pipe. Contacted Pooman to sort drain blockage problem. Called Sunday left message. A lovely lady returned my call within 1 hr and booked me for Monday. Jason phoned me Monday early afternoon and arrived as stated. He was extremely engaging, asked all appropriate questions. Then he got on with sorting problem. He left no stone unturned did an amazing professional job and communicated in an outstanding way. Jason was a first class trady and an amazing ambassador for Pooman Christchurch. Highly recommend Pooman! Ben was extremely professional and efficient in helping us clear our clogged kitchen drain. He quickly identified the issue and resolved it smoothly.
